Movements against the ancient empires

 

 

 

 

About 5000-3000 years ago, large military empires began to be established over the ancient agricultural areas around the Mediterranean, in West Asia, in India and in China. Unlike the smaller regions and societies that preceded them, and of course, unlike the tribal societies before them, these empires brought massive insecurity to the inhabitants in the form of wars of annihilation, massive shuffling of prosperity, and not least debt.

For their own protection, people were forced to establish different kinds of resistance traditions. Here are some of these collected.
